General rules to keep in mind:
Any types of deviations can be submitted, but they must be related to Phantom Planet in some way. If we don't think your deviation has ANYTHING to do with Phantom Planet, then it won't be submitted! Also, no deviations will be submitted with Strict Mature Content Warnings.
Do not ask to become a Leader (admin) in the cult. If we want more admin, we'll tell you in a journal, in which case we will accept admin requests.
